You are.
We are the peace officers. We are the protectors of our communities. We lead from the front. That means that all peace officers, regardless of rank or department. When you raised your right hand and swore an oath, you became a leader. To improve our situation, and our relationships with our communities we must take charge. Each of us. All of us. We are in this together.
Because no one else is coming.
To become the leader your country needs, you need to take care of yourself. That means physically, mentally, and emotionally. You also need to begin a journey to discover how you can bring your unique talents into the arena, to renew our standing as the moral benchmark for those we serve.
